they were there alright,i walked past marys at 6 pm and there was about 35 of them on the corner. They were about to head to marys when it became apparent one of them had forgottern their black umbro ski jacket...well,the others were furious with him and called the whole thing off. I think that was why they were in such a mood and attacked an innocent fence to get at our scarfers. you dont mess with the ski jacket lads.....

I was in The Townley from about 5pm n saw no Rags apart from one of the barmen! that was it! then after the game only saw a few hundred lads
running up to kids women and oaps trying to intimidate them by screaming like girls inntheir faces!!

Allegedly they took over Spoons in picc, although it must have been after the Blues that had been drinking there all afternoon had headed out to the Townley or Mary D's etc, cause when I was leaving there at about 5.30 it was certainly nearly all blue.

As an aside, i left the Townley about 7.35, walked through the rags at the back of the south stand (about 3,000 of them queuing to get in) and on through police lines towards the East stand, seen a tw@t acting like a tw@t and getting tw@tted, a few yards further on, one of my mates says "I havent seen a rag all night"
