SAF?

Isn't that worthy of a ban?

There are plenty of ways to describe that bastard without resorting to those three letters.

Ban ! Well, I didn't find anything of that sort in the Forum rules, neither was it written with any sort of praise (just a common abbreviation). Even Ric said recently, he prefers to see 'Mourinho' instead of Maureen/Moanrinho etc.

You speak a lot of sense

Forget the fee, they are paying the guy who took him away almost 20 million to get him back!

It is not the return of the prodigal son, it's a guy who has completely bent them over!

There is so much to laugh at them for this transfer. :)

Calm down!

It was a tongue-in-cheek remark.

Just seen the back page of the Mail, and their big story is 'Fergie's Pogba Green Light - No Hard Feelings Over Letting Him Go For Free'. I said yesterday they'd write this up to show that **** in good terms, and it's started!

No hard feelings!!!! What, for paying £100m for a player you didn't think was good enough for your team, from a manager who is revered as some kind of fucking genius in spotting and nurturing young talent? Or for paying £20m to the agent who got his player to leave a club who decided to bring someone out of retirement rather than play a very well thought of young midfielder?

Our media are a bunch of lickspittle fuck wits.

So Fergie's got no hard feelings? Towards who? Pogba, his agent, or United?

Surely they should be asking the Glazers if there are any hard feelings towards Ferguson, who has lost the club some £120m (excluding wages, which would have been earned had he stayed).

Sir Philip Green is currently being scrutinised in Parliament and publicly for his part in the BHS sale and subsequent collapse, yet here is another knight of the realm getting away scot-free for losing his company £120m - a fortune. In what other area of business and commerce is that not classed as gross negligence or gross incompetence. Yet here he is, being asked for his approval of the deal.

Taggart in 2012.......
"It is disappointing. I don't think he showed us any respect at all, to be honest. I'm quite happy that if they [footballers] carry on that way, they're probably better doing it away from us''

Did you really expect the press to be slagging off the rags paying out all this money and breaking records? They've waited for something like this to happen ever since shakin bacon left the building. The press are in full on wank mode about it and by rights should be fuckin ashamed of themselves. The rags will be lauded by all and sundry over this......money ruining football?? Nah not anymore.
