Why do people call him Carlton Pogba?

I'd hazard a guess it's his similarities to the average midfield journeyman Carlton Palmer. Palmer cost considerably less, but my guess is will finish on more games played in the English top flight than Paul.

Pogba looks absolutely shocking, even his pass to Ibra early in the game yesterday actually only came about because he miss controlled the original pass to him.

He actually reminds me of Steve lomas with the way he runs around a bit and has a couple of hopeful 35 yard punts each game. Obviously Steve didn't grab people round the neck and assault them iirc.

I was about 4 when Palmer was in his "prime", had to google who he was! Heard the name but no clue what he looked like
