Seems they are not treating loyal fans too well. Don't appreciate and respect their loyal fans it seems. Sad, hope we never forget and go this route. The lack of refunds for the BMG game I hope was a poor one off decision and not a trend.

United season-ticket holder banned after missing one match http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sp...ned-away-games-missing-ONE-match-illness.html

United issue 12 month bans on away ticket applications if a supporter selected to collect at destination doesn't turn up - complete with appropriate id - and fails to inform the club that they can't make it so the story that the fan passed the ticket on to someone else doesn't add up as that person wouldn't have been in possession of the ticket prior to travelling.

Football is an unpredictable game. I'd put money on Liverpool battering United, but it sometimes doesn't work out like that.

I hope they do get something from the Liverpool game and also any other potential title rival, United will not win the league but could take points against the sides competing for the title and help us out along the way.

Liverpool, like arsenal suffer from Stockholm syndrome. They will lube up and be fucked.

First away game he has missed or first time he's got caught selling his ticket ?

Doesn't add up one bit, mate of mine told me (same as you say),that every away game united issue a few "producers" and them fans have to collect tickets as you would Champions League tickets.
Now this geezer KNOWS he's going to get a ban if he doesn't inform them he can't make it,why would he not do that?
Either genuinely ill or thick as fuck.

He IS a rag, remember. What do you think?

As much as we can point and laugh at this match ticket banning fiasco on this Rag, I don't think it's that far around the corner in happening at City.
It's already happening at our chumps league games, and correct me if I'm wrong here but didn't city bring in an ex-utd ticket staff member to help with our system?
Someone posted this online but it could be rumour.

But yea, don't be surprised when you're feeling dicky one weekend, and decide not to go to the game and then receive a 12mth ban on obtaining tickets.
Or genuinely pass on your ticket to a mate (which we all have done over the years) he turns up, is refused entry and you're banned for touting or something.

My guess is his son tried to collect them as he would have had the same name and they checked his id out
