Now don't get me wrong, I hate the rags and all, but being a City supporter from abroad (even though I registered on here way before the 2008 takeover), I always respected that the locals are on 'another level of supporting'. It's not like I'm not already shitting at the thought of a derby coming up, or that I don't spend most of my working time on Bluemoon, or think about City even when in bed with the missus. :) But still, I accept the view of me being a 'lesser' fan than most of you, given that it is not something I was born into.

So the point being, seeing that their whole 'bluemoon goes into meltdown' thread consists of posters contributing from Bulgaria, Croatia and the whole of Scandinavia and the list goes on, I wonder why even the need of this all. It's like some cringey way of proving how massive they are as fans.

And while we're at it, why on fuckin earth they have this newbie system, if most of these posters solely write only into these types of threads, or when not, all they do is to post their opinion in exactly one sentence (or smiley).
But they're Gloryhunters. You sir are not.

Rag friend of mine said that the pony tailed self adorer largely goes missing for most of the game and he's been pretty fortunate to have netted 3 goals.

That's the sort of player he has always been. He is nonetheless a danger and can score goals in a lot of different ways. Not to be underestimated even if he is past his sell by date.

I would hazard a guess and say that most rag fans are not really fans of the game as such, they are fans of the glory which comes with being such a big name in the sport. Regardless of whether the rags win a trophy or not, they are guaranteed to be on the back pages of every tabloid in this country. If they finish the season mid-table with no silverware at all it'll still be them that the media will be reporting on. It will still be Peg this, GPC that, Pogba something else, ad naseum. The close season will be full of transfer rumours about the next multi-million pound player signing for them. Neymar and Messi will be begging for a chance to move to the vermin, etc etc.
But when all is said and done what the hordes of plastic fans are REALLY after is acceptance, knowing that somehow they belong, that they are one of a gang of like-minded people, like the kids you'd see in the school playground, desperately trying to fit in with those that are considered 'cool', betraying their dignity just so they can be seen in the inner circle with the kid who's the best fighter in year 6, or whatever.

But anyway, they're SCUM!

Give over, that's brilliant and what the event needs.... Spice

It's become a non event for years, meaning more to the other side at any given time... Let's build the fucking thing up, get involved... I fully expect to see stones putting an ibra doll in his back pocket,'followed by kolorov holding an AK47 aimed at the donut thiefs head... All good bantz and should be encouraged, well done Zlatan

Not for me, yes for them this is probably there biggest home game they will have this season. For us we hopefully will have bigger with the champions league, for years we had digs that the derby was our cup final but they had other important games. Now it's the other way round let them know it and all there fans

This game is too early in the season for too much spice, wait for the return if they are still up there.

It may eventually prove crucial like the sick swan did in the end

Calling @Pablo1, come in Pablo1 (:

Rashford is a good young player, I am happy he got a hat trick ( didn't see the game ) but what this does is put pressure on Maureen to include him in the side and will bring the pressure from the press for him to be included, and that means he has to drop one of rooney and Ibrahimovich - which means one thing, fireworks lol

Pick whichever one you think fits, there are several to choose from.

Was only chucking my two-pen'orth in as people were wondering why it's being called the "Brass Derby" (or something like that - inventive these media and marketing types aren't they)

Well, it's been a while since i've seen so many United fans so confident about a derby, hopefully they will be more subdued come Saturday tea time.

Rag at work started today. (I live on the Isle of Wight). Told me that its gonna be 2-1. I assumed he meant to us. He put me in my place by calling me a glory fan. I shushed him and pointed out the fact that he is from Cornwall and that he makes himself look silly when he says things like that.

He informed me that he is from Devon. Told me.

It make me smile how quickly their principles alter given a sniff of success,

PEG was a ****, anti football and totally against everything the rags stand for, now all of a sudden he is one of the greatest managers in the world.
No player is bigger than the club? well the big nosed swede certainly thinks he is, seems a totally self absorbed prick.
Always develop their youth, well Rashford isn't getting any time due to the swedish prick.
They always develop their players rather than spending big, well the cost of their first 11 tells a tale.

Don't get me wrong, if this is what they want to do then fair play to them but don't pretend to be anything other than what they are.

Has no one re edited that video to make it look like he's returning a nightie back to Transexual Guys Ltd because he can't get it over his nose?
