and it showed how badly we've got it wrong in the past 3 years that we couldn't humiliate them in the process. 2 teams that have failed despite the riches available to both, made a mockery of the Premier League.
Why don't you save your habitual running down of our club for other threads? There's plenty of them for you to go at.

Is he out of contract? It's not his choice.

Do you not think it is a little unfair of us to dictate where Joe goes? Considering all he has done for us and the fact it is us turfing him out.

Joe would be perfect for them. With the way United play and their defensive set up, he would thrive. All he would be expected to do would be save the ball. There is no disguising he makes the odd blooper, yet he pulls off the wonder saves that change games. No fancy football skills would be required. He would save United far more points than he would cost them and is capable of coming up with the goods in the key moments.

It would make perfect sense for Joe to go the rags. No moving house, same social circle, well paid and playing for the rags cements his England place. Plus they are going to challenge for trophies. That on Thursday was a typical Mourihno performance. Hes getting the basics sorted first, just like Mancini did for us. His style is easier to implement than Peps, but he has success with it. It looks as if they are going to spend more money. If Mourinho can get a few more decent players then they are going to challenge. It makes perfect sense from a professional point of view.

The only thing to stop him going would be emotional attachment.

We would get a big fee off the Rags for Joe, more than we would get from anyone else. It makes business sense for us to sell Joe to United. With De Gea going, United would be weaker but not considerably so, the club gets a good deal and its a good deal for Joe.

The only people upset would be us as Joe would be playing for the rags.

well if Joe isn't upset about going there, then he isn't a blue, and deserves no favours in us saving his career for him after he blew it here and stank out Turin. He should go where we want him to, and preferably the most obscure and irrelevant place possible.

He should go wherever is best for his career, he gave us very good service and probably feels more for us than most of the current squad however, he's a professional and needs to act accordingly.

Hes probably not a blue though.
If the company you worked for suddenly kicked you out even though you had done no wrong, would you not got to their biggest competitor in exactly the same position? Or would you take a worse job for less money elsewhere?

We don't want Joe, he wanted to stay. This is not like the Rooney situation where he wanted out.

he wanted to stay and do his own thing, not stay and do his job properly. Probably even worse 2bh.
