The team selection felt like we were prioritising the arsenal game.

Too many players had an off day.

Sums up our season, vulnerable at the back and not ruthless enough going forward. Midfield was very pedestrian without KDB.
 
Ffs if Eddy didn't screw up and we had taken half the chances we had then it's a win. Why after the last 4 transfer windows is anyone remotely surprised that we are yet again shoe horning player's into positions, or playing them into the ground.

They just dicked us 2-0 and beat us for the 3rd time this season.

I know you're trying to be above and beyond it like City are high and mighty but we're not if we let a shit Utd team beat us 3 times in a season!

3, why do our wide players always turn inside, when was the last time we pulled a cross back from the by-line
4, should have played strongest 11 and gone weaker against the gooners
5, we seem very predicable
6, lack pace
7 thought Agrueo goal was on side

We were poor our back 5 apart from fernandinho was the awful first half second half Cancelo was a bit better but a team who whose main tactics is to defend stop a team from playing then hoofing it down the line or hoping for a mistake(which happened) or the referee to Bail them out well that Ole team to a tee!
 
Whole shebang from Pep down needs a rocket up the arse. Not just for today, but for all the performances in the league.
 
I get putting a team out with more important games. Coming up but these players are paid obscene amounts of money to perform in games like this so when they are half arsed about it I take offence because a lot of people save all year to go out and watch there team and if turned up at work and thought fuck it I’m gonna toss it off I’d be in trouble . Bet if they got half there pay docked they’d soon start to give there all . The positives are we are still second and in both cups but come next season these performances will not win us the league .
 
My god we have tried to smash this typical City tag into oblivion but it keeps coming back to haunt us.

Can't make my mind up if that was typical city today or just shite!
 
If we had won it wouldn't have turned our dire league campaign around so I'm going to forget this game ever happened very quickly.

The fact is we look like a busted flush as a team and a huge rebuild is needed. If Pep won't commit to a contract extension then in my view him sticking around for just one more season will do more harm than good.
