United (A) Post Match Thread

Very dull. Seems that both teams were happy with a point. Defence solid, attack pretty much toothless again though we did miss a couple of decent chances. Becoming the story of the season.

Sterling still hopelessly out of form and so many of our attacks break down due to his poor control. KDB still out of sorts too. Can't understand why Guardiola didn't try Foden in place of Sterling to add a bit of energy and directness.

Not that it's a terrible result at all but our football is a lot less easy on the eye than it used to be and I find it a bit disappointing to see us play like this.

Is that 2 points from 3 top 6 opposition games? Sorry to say it but what was that from Mahrez in the first half? Golden opportunity.

Maybe they'll be a crowd at the return fixture and we'll rouse them rather than Pep for a Derby.

I don't understand his attitude towards them.

Pretty much a repeat of our second half performance against Liverpool. Utterly dire and devoid of any ambition to win the game.

Decent point. We need Sergio back pronto to offer more of a goal threat, but at least I’m not sat here wondering why we’re playing the same tactics against a team that won’t come out to play and are happy to counter on out mistakes. Hallfuckinleujah!

These recent games remind me of when Mancini first took over, fixing the defence and then gradually becoming more attacking over the months

I hope it ends the same because I don't fancy watching that shite every week
