Mcnulty on bbcsport even said it was a controversial equaliser with the linesman with his flag up for offside. Still fuming that this changed the game and resulted in them twats getting the winner. If you asked a rag though it would be classed has a masterstroke by Rashford to not touch the ball.

Pep says he doesn't care about the league now.
Wow.
Does he think we ain't good enough to win it or does he think we are just too inconsistent to fight to retain it?
Surely it's just abit of kidology..... surely
Subliminal message to the players maybe?
He's right though on this season's form.

It didn’t result in them getting the winner ffs

Akanji said in interview “I played

But if Akanji is playing him offside he has already interfered with play.
The rules ridiculous mate but this kind of shit is happening quite often. The Salah goal last week, the defender has only headed it because he’s there. That should have been interfering with play too once it’s gone to Salah

Stuart atwel couldn't run a fuckin bath, never mind the biggest premier League game of the week, how keeps getting games is a mystery, also it's not hard to tell Howard Webb is now in charge of var, I wondered what that bulge was in taggarts inside pocket

It's proper shit stuff, good 20 minutes at the start of the 2nd half just isn't enough. Pep under big pressure to turn this around and I'm not sure the players are up to the fight. Can see this being Pep's last season

He always said when he's not getting the reaction from the players he'll leave so it's looking ominous unless there's a big upturn in form. Sadly I just can't see where the spark is coming from.

yep

the run alone towards the ball is interfering

I think so; especially if you consider that at that point Fernandes would not be expected to get to the ball if City's defenders did not know the player the ball was actually passed to was offside - the closest things in the Laws of the Game is offside Example 4.

If it is true that VAR did not intervene, the decision making is even worse than it first seemed.

The whole thing is so diabolical in my view that I believe the game should be voided and replayed - of course there's no chance of that but it ranks as one of the most scandalous pieces of refereeing I have ever seen in well over 50 years of watching football. I am incredulous that anyone could think or interpret the Laws of the Game to rule that as not offside.

Correct some fans can not see what is staring them in the face, we have been well below our best all season.

I'm going to sign off after this there's not much else to say.

Ref is bent but aside that we underperformed again and absolutely went to pieces after.

There's too many out of form and our play is too disjointed, it's impossible not to infer there's an issue behind the scenes.

Pep has always said he'll only leave when his players stop responding to him and it's starting to feel like we are seeing shades of that
Not disjointed mate, predictable. Teams have worked out how to play,us.the system is stale and we don't have the personnell to carry out the plan,
