sure it was, sure it won't in any way affect supporters rights next season with even more checks, herding, criminalizing and this used as an excuse by the police to do some Madrid style supporter "policing".

With the extensive tests and training this week, they'll want to use their new measures and it looks like they'll go for the football fans like they always have.

Call me cynical but in this week of weeks, it's all a bit convenient.
