United (H) December 15th

Had this a few times, ric confirmed to me its the price City would sell the ticket for,not face value of the seasoncard.
That's fair enough. Personally, if I'm selling to friends/friends of friends I always sell at less than the match day ticket price. For the big games I ask for a few quid over the 1/19th price to get me a beer, and for the lesser games I sell at 1/19th of my ST price or less. If it was someone I didn't know then I might ask for a bit more but I still ask for less than the match day ticket price. If others want to sell for that, that's up to them. And it can be argued that the poster selling for £70 each is still cheaper than City's match day price for this game. If it's a cup game, I sell at the price I paid for on the cup scheme, not at the higher non-cup scheme price.

to make it clear, you can sell for your season card face value, the odd time i dont go i give mine away or sell sc face value, mostly give away free as tim oak will confirm and others.

Looking for one if anyone can help, bought here before plenty of times with no issues but appreciate I'll be very lucky if I get one for Sunday, cheers in advance.

Well, it’s not. £70 is the price to a match day member. Season ticket face value isn’t £70, especially SS3. It’s about £25.

Also “getting pinged with offers, currently £140”, isn’t selling for face value.

Hope this helps
3 price structures across SS3 this season
depending what row you're on, its
£745 = £39 per game
£485 = £25 " "

£425 = £22 " " which is what I paid

maybe his/her seats are down near the front, amazing view btw.

As long as its not over the face value the club sell them at then its fine imo. People want them at 1/19th of the price for the big games but when forest come to town on a tuesday in winter and you cant give a ticket away people dont care that you are losing out here. Not to mention the hassle of passing your tickets on when trying to look after fellow blues(of which has happened me a few times here), I think its absolutely fair to sell on for the price the club are selling for. Everyones a winner then. ST holder makes the prices of a pint and covers some of the times he gives away for under ST cost. Fan gets to a game where tickets are impossible without the need for a matchday membership and pays the going rate. The club get a bum in the seat.

I’ve missed a trick.. I’ve always sold my tickets to fellow blues for what they cost me.. ~£25 a game.. It never felt right to make money out of fellow City fans
Its not to make money its to make sure you arent out of pocket too so charging a bit more for games where there is a high demand means when you take less than FV for a game where there is less demand and then you break even. You should also be compensated for having to deal with timewasters too. I am getting so frustrated with it Im at the stage where I might stop helping blues out and just list on the exchange and if it doesnt sell it doesnt sell as its less hassle than dealing with some of the posters here. (Note all mind, have had some excellent ones too I may add, just hard to weed them out)

I don't think we can have it both ways. The club is an embarrassment when it comes to ticket pricing , so I don't feel that it's ok that as a fan we can do the same to fellow fans.
