Who did? Dias? Sesko barely had a kickThanks to Khusanov, Gvardiol and a shitty United . He had big problems with Sesko
Totally agree about Khus. He's in the Zabba mould for me, warrior.Khusanov needs a song, a statue, assigned cult status, and given keys to the City.
Haaland phenomenal in both boxes.
Donnarumma great on corners and a great shot stopper to boot.
Thought Doku and Foden were sensational too.
Happy days.
My criticism is that it should have six.3-0 win against the rags. If you've got any criticism after that, there's something severely wrong with you.
And Haaland was excellent. Ruben , Gvardiol, Bernardo all played their part. We defended well but they opened up our midfield at times but we seemed relaxed and able to soak it up and hit them on the break .Foden is coming back,Dunnarumma was great,Docu two assists, and a very good game from Ksusanov... Rodri needs time...
Someone did a statistical analysis of Donnaruma, Trafford, Ederson & Curtois, think it might’ve been Typical City on YT, turns out he’s pretty good in the air coming for crosses & with his feet, it’s one of those myths that get perpetrated by those who, either have an agenda, or don’t actually watch the player / do the research, someone on Talk Sport / Sky says something, & it just gets regurgitated ad nauseumGenuinely feel like he got massively undersold by people on the basis of what Ederson was capable of. He was made out to be some utter calamity under any kind if press. He looked fantastic.
And I strongly believe in Khusanov as the long term RB.
There's some truth in that.Style of play and system especially in attack is very dippers under Klopp like, how quick we went from defence to attack. Was similar, I dont know if that's because of Pep Lijnders but we looked deadly on the counter
