Who’s going to be helping rodders out in midfield ?

I fear he needs to sit back but he won’t & we will leave gaps for casanero & Bruno to hurt us if he goes forward.

Kova could sit deep & allow rodders to do what he does best.

It should be more than enough but we will be wide open if they counter attack which we all know they will do. Feels like we are helping them a bit

Not sure we want Kovacic to be the one dropping deep and trying to clean up counters.

Last time he did that he was lucky not to be sent off.

i would have prefered kovacic for Doku - Rags are packing that midfield area and playing on the break and Doku is a high risk player which leads to giving the ball away sometimes. Just hope we dont get outmanned in the middle and we dont concede breakaways

Agreed, I think we couldn't win any of the big games whenever Doku started this season.
