We can take positives from our recent games but every Derby has to be taken on its own merits. A one-off, don’t take anything for granted and try to eliminate the officials from the equation.

I have a feeling this game won’t be a free flowing one due to that wanker Madley being in charge. He is the master of making himself look like he is doing nothing in particular wrong but you know afterwards that he has without really being able to pinpoint it. His appointment 2 games after he last reffed us and 3 games after he reffed them is bizarre as this almost never happens.

He will do his usual man marking job on Rodders

These are shite but no complacency today please. Despite then getting dominated for the large majority of games, they still have a knack of scraping a result. Everyone thought the dippers would muller them in december and it was 0-0.

A nice early goal and let's not let them off the hook. If we score early, they'll have to play and we have to make them pay for that.

If I could nitpick and have any criticism with our team and the past couple of seasons, it is sometimes we've gone one goal up and then got a bit complacent. No room for that today, not just because they're the scum we want to humiliate them, but also because they've found their style of underdog football and trying to nick a goal, complacency of being a goal or two up will only play into that.

Been told Mary Ds doesn’t have sky on now is that true?
My lad got a ticket I haven’t… I was going to watch it in Mary’s or Townley….should I just stay in Town? Thanks for help!
