United (H) Post Match Thread

Just been reading the thoughts of Red Cafe's greatest minds. To be fair, nearly all of them concede we are several levels above them (the odd one saying that they might have had a chance if Pogba was playing) but the main thing that stood out to me was the utter despair from them. They know we are light years ahead of them, that we have a squad that will improve even further and the best manager in world football. What they can't see is how they are going to do anything about it, even when PEG gets binned.

Schweet....
Have a look at their oil money in football thread. A few reckon that their best hope is that City are banned from football......

It was so one sided that Ferguson in the crowd was happy - happy that he retired and did not have to face this side.

We outclassed the Rags and i still don't think we got out of 2nd gear , the Rags contributed nothing to the game , there only intention was to keep the score respectable , in 50 years i have never seen such a gulf between the clubs in our favour , in the early seventies we used to batter them regularly , but this is a totally different level , the Rags are a spent force.
It felt like a watershed moment. The worst Man Utd team I have ever seen. I started watching football in about 1975.

I thought he was shite to be honest bar maybe 15 mins after they scored.

Him, Rashford and Lingaard. All shite. Lukaku and Sanchez both shite too.

In fact they were just shite. Even the worlds best keeper.
Agree with that - we hear about how good martial has in terms of talent - bo
Don't take just my word for it, Pep agrees.

He was telling the press pack Bernardo was the game's outstanding player.
This is what it's come to - we're so good that blues are disagreeing about genuine MOM contenders in the midfield 3.

As it is, I get the reference to the other two, but Silva was on another plane today

What a great day. Have to admit I was a little nervous before KO purely based on how they manage to raise their game against us. But in reality it wasn't really a contest. Our derby is really against Liverpool these days, they put up a decent fight are proper rivals and attempt to play the game as it should be. De ja vue ?

I thought these rags were ‘back’ after their so-called masterclass in Turin

I will say one thing to all the press, journo’s and blinded rag lovers that towed that line after their fluke in Turin

You cant polish a turd
I thought they'd turned (another) corner after last week. Alas no; just another f*ucking roundabout.

Outplayed and outclassed from first to last whistle. Shower of shite.

One rag caller on Talkshite tonight is looking forward to the day the Glazers sellout to the Saudi Crown Prince - the genius that is Dean Saunders / Natalie Sawyer didn’t see fit to raise Arab oil money or human rights issues

Just home - about to enjoy MOTD - I'm sure it's all been said before but that was magnificent - a proper derby with lots of fight and tension - until that wonderful 3rd goal. We outclassed them throughout yet didn't turn that into goals and you can see that their route one football can be dangerous and it would only have taken one more mistake - nut then that 3rd goal - it's not just about the number of passes - it was the bravery of them all over the pitch, every player sucking them in, pulling them about until the final pass and the cool cool finish as good a goal as anyone will see.
