TBH, let's face it he's just there for a laugh anyway. You can't take him seriously.

Let's be fair, he's an acquired taste. At times, I find him annoying. Yes, he fights our corner. I totally get that. And he winds them up on the caff, which is no bad thing. But he's a bit marmite.
