Thought pool would go stronger but with Firmino and Ox rested and Salah and Robertson not even on the bench.

Think Pep will rotate heavily.

I don't think he will rotate heavily. No kids in the line-up.

What is the definition of strongest team? We have some depths in our squad and why the hell shouldn't lads like Bernardo, Stones, Danilo, Gündogan, Delph or even Zinchenko be ready for a passionate derby fight?

Pep will throw nothing away and find a good mix. He is close to the players.

I agree a win today - any win - is the best motivation for Tuesday. But we should use our full squad potential.

And please - could we stop rolling over already before the 2nd leg has started?
When dippers are able to win a match 3-0, City for sure is able to do the same. Wait and see.

To gain an advantage against Liverpool. Salah will probably return from injury meaning Klopp has given a week’s rest to 4 of the players that will start on Tuesday.

We will rest the same and even more if we want a bigger advantage. Silva, De Bruyne, Fernandinho, Kompany, Sane, Walker will surely be rested. Probably Otamendi also. Starting 4 games in 10 days is just too much of an ask. On top of that some played both games during the international break like Walker and Otamendi.

No kids in the line up but also no Walker, Otamendi, De Bruyne, Silva, Sane, Fernandinho, Kompany. Think Yaya may even be given a start. In terms of the league this is almost a dead rubber.

Pep will make full use of the squad. Fringe players are also playing for their future.

Would of loved to see us go full strength but it’s not going to happen today.
