Think you've been in The Brunswick for far too long...Hate to say this but I'll be happy with a scruffy draw.

I think the opponent's ability to double team on Doku or Bobb, depends largely on how quickly we move the ball from defense through midfield and into attack.Timely performance from Doku for Belgium. Almost a hattrick inside an hour.
Dembele was once regarded with a good deal of scepticism and now he's talked in terms of the Ballon D'or. I am not suggesting that will happen for Doku but I think we can expect him to improve. If we play Doku on the left, and Bobb on the right, it's going to be more difficult for Premier League defenders to double up on Doku. Lots of fans complain about his final ball but he gets a lot of attention from defenders because last season he was imo City's cutting edge. In the FA Cup Final, the only player who looked like doing anything was Doku and Palace could stop him because they could double up on him
No. .Hate to say this but I'll be happy with a scruffy draw.
I mean what sort of team would start a brand new goalie in a derby!!!!
Yet another whopper on the ignore list!Hate to say this but I'll be happy with a scruffy draw.
Was Bravo good with his feet? He was a dab hand at fishing the ball out of the back of his net.Probably both teams this weekend! If it is Donnarumma starting hopefully we don’t have a repeat of Bravo’s debut. Don know if he ever recovered from it.
Sound like me dad ,”be 5-0!!”We will be fine lads
They are shit
We won that game 2-1. Kyle Walker ball boy shit housery. I’d take that right nowProbably both teams this weekend! If it is Donnarumma starting hopefully we don’t have a repeat of Bravo’s debut. Don know if he ever recovered from it.
To be fair, we used to beat them quite often when we were shit and they were good.We will be fine lads
They are shit
Closed down now.Think you've been in The Brunswick for far too long...
Tottenham and brighton games gave you optimism? Surely the other way around for me.To be fair, we used to beat them quite often when we were shit and they were good.
But I've a feeling we will give them a doing this time. Their central midfielder is so poor, if we can't capitalise on that then my new season optimism will take a big big hit.
There’s huuuuuge pressure on the rags. Their clown manager is hanging by a thread. The fact that we’re so obviously diminished means they don’t get a free shot this timeThis is a huge game for us & zero pressure on Utd. Not only do we need to win but we need to perform & put a marker down to get the season up & running. A flat performance will destroy our season even if it’s so early on.
Doku plays on the right wing for Belgium so he is! always crossing with his strong foot. It makes a huge difference when you feel confident that you can deliver an accurate ball.I think the opponent's ability to double team on Doku or Bobb, depends largely on how quickly we move the ball from defense through midfield and into attack.
If we move it slowly, teams get back on defense and its easy to double team. Move it quickly and have the defense on its back foot and there is zero opportunity to double.
This is somewhat a system problem
New season brings optimism yes, I think we have a young and exciting squad now. I expect some inconsistency while they settle and we figure things out.Tottenham and brighton games gave you optimism? Surely the other way around for me.
I don't mind where it has come from. It is the first time I have seen it and I think it is great. Cheers, Ghost.I can’t claim this. It’s @BTH ’s from the Electrc Blue fanzine days in the 80s. It’s stuck with me since then.
