Khusa at RB.. Love that Pep has finally identified an almost need for his pace back there.

Happy to see Phil back too. Was looking sharp before his last set back

O'Reilly, Khusanov and Gvardiol all have pace which is good to see, daddy Ruben to marshal them all.

I don’t blame him, I don’t trust them either but it makes it all the more incredible we didn’t buy a proper RB in the summer. Hopefully Khusanov performs because this is a chance for him to lock down that position.

I was more than happy with Khusanov performance at right vs Madrid away. Shower that night he’s more than capable.

Nico O'Reilly at full back...oh dear. Not been impressed with his showings in the bigger games last season. Happy with the rest though, bench looks rather decent

"was", maybe. Not sure we can claim he's the best anymore, seeing as he misses more than he plays this last 18-24 months. In his prime (the run in to the treble), he was immense. Easily the best in the PL at that time. But while he'll undoubtedly still have the ability, his body just can't hack it any more. Will he play a third of our games this season?
