Re not booing: does ‘Once a Blue, Always a Blue’ apply to Sancho?

“He never was a Blue, really” doesn’t wash. “He never played for the 1st team”, ditto. That he’s gone to Old Toilet for a Scheiß-load of wages makes the booing washable, but not required.

Peter Barnes going to Stretford is no comparison, because he was (and is, again) adored at City.

With a hell of a lot of stuff dwarfing this for importance, what do you think?

Personally, booing any player seems daft to me.

He went awol and refused to turn up when we wouldn’t give him a huge contract with guaranteed game time.
