Seen bigger crowds in the rain waiting for the floats to pass by on York Street, Heywood for the Charities Fete pmsl.

Normally i couldn't give a flying but for those rags that threw stones last week after our parade....pmsl, just PMSL!

Just seen this on another City forum. Absolute class poem.

Bank Holiday in Manchester, the usual pouring rain,
The rags they held their big parade, guess what? Nobody came.

"We are the biggest in the world" is what they always claim.
So why was it on your big day that still nobody came?

By aeroplane and train."
But when the chips were down, guess what?
That's right. Nobody came.

Shown up twice at Wembley, by the blues and men. from Spain.
And so the plastics stayed in bed to dream away their pain.

"We still had more than City" was a sad Red Cafe lie,
But the camera never lies, you twats, we saw it live on Sky

The BBC, the GMP, they didn't make things up,
They said the streets were far more packed when we showed off the cup.

So take your lies and shove em where the sun won't shine again,
It was the day of your parade, ha ha - nobody came.

So hail this day forever for it proved this to be true.
Trafford is for tourist clowns, but
MANCHESTER IS BLUE

Just had a picture message from a rag at work, he was holding a paper up with the words 200k turn up in the rain!
Which paper was this in..the Sun maybe?
Can anybody actully find out how many turned up? doesnt look that many from the pics etc!

funny thing is the rags that went said it was embarrassing turnout! Those who stayed at home think that 200k turned out!
