Yes, but the investment banks could yet kill it if they think there's not going to be enough interest. If it does go through then it would be good if it was under-subscribed as Utd could return to the markets again in future

After spending an hour or so ploughing through a lot of this thread which I admit to not fully understanding, it seems to me as an outsider looking in that this whole deal is one hell of a big complicated house of cards waiting to come tumbling down around Utd. And the sooner the better.
