I was just reading the 'Isco To Us' story on The Sun's website earlier and saw this comment from a rag :

"When all else fails...SPEND SPEND SPEND! I wonder how many tens or even hundreds of millions the baby blues will waste this closed season? Makes no difference, you can't buy class and Man U have that in every position on the pitch and at the club. You wont hear our kit-man going on about what a bunch of idiots the management were and how the place is run by a bunch of clowns who couldnt run a bath let alone a Premier league footbal team. Quite simply because we, unlike city are not a joke club. We have our trophy back. It stays with us regardless of the manager. Next season will be the same as this regardless of how many millions city throw at their problem. We win, simple as that, the blues and he baby blues fight it out for 2nd. Arsenal make Spurs think they have a chance... then take fourth, and well...who really cares about the rest?"

Please blues, no matter how successful we are in the future, please, please, please let us never become like this staggeringly arrogant and deluded twat!

They forget quite a lot of things don't they? I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that their wage bill is higher than ours, but hey our players play for money not theirs right?

The bunch of flogs are delusional. Thinking they'll sign Bale, Ronaldo and Gundagon. We'll see who's laughing when they sign Fellaini and Baines. Next season is undoubtedly the demise of Camel face's team.

Anyone would think United never spent a penny. But of course, they 'earnt' it, not least by the Edwards family business selling dodgy meat to Manchester schoolchildren.

There are still decent Reds fans out there, but the majority are sad little glory hunters who use their 'club' as a crutch to make their unfulfilled lives worthwhile. They will only hang around as long as they can bask in reflected glory. If Moyes leads them to a bad season, a whole lot of them will be off. Mind you, it would help global warming by substantially reducing the amount of travel between London and Manchester, so there is a silver lining.

I see Furgie couldn’t resist a dig at the united end of season dinner at those clubs changing managers. I wonder if little old City was his motivation!!?
