Maybe we should be having a thread to save our Ed because with him in charge of transfers last season he didn't cover himself with glory and with a bit of luck the fucker could do more damage to the rags this summer than wee Davey.

With Ed their whole club looks lost.

We joked that they are the 'new Liverpool'. That's looking optimistic at this point.

Look its early days for everybody in this transfer window . Even this shower of shit will sign at least one decent player this Summer .

Basically, if we throw enough money at players, they'll come here. We just rarely do that and that is why we can't attract real quality.

I'm at work & just received a call from Man Utd bloke asking for my boss who's a united fan. Turns out that he was trying to sell corporate tickets at discounted prices.

Hard Times ahead for our shitty neighbour's.

A rag mate at work, who's a decent, sensible lad and former ST holder at the swamp, reckons it will be three seasons at least before the rags are challenging for the title again.

When I heard Malcolm Glazer had died I just assumed everything would simply carry on as before, but the obituary in the times (posted on BM somewhere) made me think.

Apparently the bloke was odd to say the least. Fell out with his mother and siblings and so on. The children are likely to take over the ownership of the club but is that going to change anything at United?

Possibly I assumed correctly and nothing will change. Certainly not in the short term considering the shit they're in with debt/old squad/new manager etc. But one of the kids (Joel?) is supposed to be 'soccer' mad. If he gets direct or indirect control maybe he'll want glory on the pitch instead of squeezing every last penny out of the club. On the other hand, maybe somebody incompetent will be in charge and make their current misfortunes look like happytime. There could even be big squabbles and backstabbing within the family if they're anything like their father, with the club suffering massively.

Things could get even more interesting than they already are!
