While on my delivery round today, I noticed a message from the swamp and though I didn't really study it too much, it went something like: JOIN OUR PRIORITY SEASON-TICKET WAITING LIST.

In other words, if you do, we'll be contacting you in a few weeks, when we fail to sell out.

There turnout the other night against Hull was appalling, makes me laugh at how they have the audacity to slag us off for our attendance.

Because they're a bunch of fucking hypocrites!

I challenged the most obnoxious rag at work on Wednesday morning about the empty seats. He replied that it doesn't matter, that happens to all teams.

I wonder how many people still want season tickets after the last ones they bought turned out to be no good unless you bought tickets to another match as well.

I guarantee slap head Bobby is a ticket touting c@nt!

Signed
Jack Charlton and Mam

Ah, the great Sir Bobby Charlton.

Banned by the FA from receiving FA Cup Final tickets for 10 years for touting.
Refused to attend his own mother's funeral.
Refused to play in anyone's benefit match for years until he eventually broke his duck for a one off late in his career. (IIRC it might have been for Eusebio).
According to a poster on the DM site today he was the only surviving member of England's 1966 World Cup side to refuse to sign a replica '66 shirt for a Down's Synrome charity. He demanded £100 to sign it. The lad who asked him has a Down's child.
Told me aged 9 to "bugger off" when I politely asked for his autograph. Said the same when my mate asked him a few seconds later. (That reinforced us, if there was actually the slightest doubt, as lifelong City fans who wanted fuck all ever to do with the rags again).

What a ****.

George Best couldn't stand the sight of him and towards the end of his career wouldn't even speak to him.
