I know where you're coming from regarding the Rags but careful what you wish for when it comes to Red Scouse.

That lot, back in the Chump's Lg, could attract enough class players to be a serious, long term challenge. Finish 5th and they'll not only continue to struggle to attract the best players available but may even have their best players poached.

Fuck that. I'd love liverpool in there over the rags. Rodgers is assembling a good team and they probably would get better but I'd still fancy us to be comfortably superior to them. I doubt Henry would be willing enough to spend enough money to realistically come close to bridging the gap between our squad and theirs

agree with this liverpool are some way yet off a squad near to us, in money terms prob around 100 million and thats if they hit the ballance of the team right first time, a bad signing or two could set them back a couple of years esp if they dont have the cash to fast fix however liverpool in the top 4 would choke those rag twats i think it would hurt them more than the 6-1 but not quite as bad as agueroooooo 'lol'

Sad fuckers.

Straw clutching of the highest order. Use a photo from a different match (I think it might've been the Notts County FA Cup replay in 2011) to try and claim we didn't sell out against Tottenham, a match that was sold out 23 days before it was played: http://www.mcfc.co.uk/News/Tickets-and- ... am-Hotspur

Anyway, fair play to this poster on that thread for highlighting how ridiculous it is:

What is the point of this thread? An out of date photo to highlight that City may not be filling to capacity every game? Brilliant, well done.

there is nothing wrong with redcafe that you couldnt sort out with the judicial use of a gun, or a tank, or a flame thrower, or a fist or, for about 90% of them, a word with their mums.

The best post was "For some reason, they kept on booing in the first half. Even when Negredo scored."
