Remember, this is the guy that rubbished rumours that Fergie would retire, slamming anyone foolish enough to believe them.

Half an hour before he announced his retirement.
To be fair, he was on his 15th bottle of scotch that day.
At 9 AM?

He's cutting back.
Doctor's orders!

Remember when Paddy Crerand said "we have our own Yaya Toure now?"

We already have a thread for them and it's already been covered.

PB, any news on the Glaziers selling up?

No "warchest" for new players and pathetic sponsorship after pathetic sponsorship suggests (to me anyway) that Malc is milking it for for all its worth before selling.

On another topic, how com Kagawa hasn't worked out for them?
This. It's not as if he's some unknown quantity with potential or anything like that.
Was he not an established first teaner at Dortmund? And I've seen him play briefly for United and he's far from shit so...

Cos of the Moyes business strategy..
De gea to Carrick out to valencia run fast down wing and cross to rapist.

Thats about it..football is a business and in business its better to miss out the middle men..
Lol good one Sam. Despite the glaring error that said tactic doesn't work as well in real life as it does on sensible soccer there's also Van Persies constant injuries to consider.

ah well, not to worry, all very amusing this.

Say what you want about Patrick the fella is comedy gold. Obviously not on purpose mind.
it is a pity they're keeping him in his box this year, although according to my old lad he was very quiet between '74 and the early nineties too so it may not be a club thing.

No news. I suspect they're trying to get enough cash together to repay the bonds in 3 years then they'll either sell them debt-free or milk them for all they're worth. The problem is I believe they thought they could do that while coasting along in the top 4 and that plan's looking a bit suspect at the moment.

On my phone so can't post article but Steve Bates' backpage lead in the People/ Mirror seems to have a very negative tone.

Do our more media savvy posters think that there is a strategy in place for managing Moyes' departure and is the process already in motion?

Hope not :)

Steve 'The Master' Bates was one of GPC's chief propagandists. If he's preparing the writing on the wall it can be coming from one direction. Must check those odds GPC coming back to be their saviour for 4th place.
