I only remember SAF's United and I still find the knee jerk reactions a bit much.

1. SAF is the greatest manager of all time. He might even be the greatest coach in the history of all sports.

So this is from someone who only knows Fergie's reign? staggering. Sums up so many deluded young United fans.
There's no doubting Taggart was bloody good, but there were others who could certainly be argued to be as good, if not better.

As for the greatest in the history of all sports? I'm not even sure he'd be the best in a box of allsorts.

What this c*nt, and all the other sad c*nts don't actually realise, is that their beloved fergie, is exactly the one that sailed their canoe, without a paddle, down the creek, and just before the large waterfall, he jumped off.

He never wanted anyone to take them onwards, he only wanted his legacy to be the one remembered, and without his presence he knew they were truly fucked.

For all the revenue they earn, he knew the Glazers, had no clue, and the appointment of woodward sealed it.

If they'd stuck with Moyes they might have stabilised, lvg is like watching a car crash, I hope they keep it up, there's a post a few pages back from a rag saying that after Busby left, they were relegated in 5 years, and that at least its not that bad. He needs to realise it could be still early days, they are in a mess.

I'm sure they'll sign Bail, and Naymore tomorrow though :)

It really is amazing (and f****** hilarious) just how much they have fallen apart since GPC retired.
As much as i hate to say it,he was a fantastic manager and they are going to take a long time to recover from him going....................f*** 'em SCUM!

Who ever wants their successors to do better than them? nobody.
He went out on a relative high, and he'll be quite enjoying a succession of managers fail to compare. I know I certainly am!
