In a Daily Mail article about the agent Jorge Mendes, it said that he was Bebe's agent in that ridiculous £8 million move.

So Mendes was the agent of both Bebe and Martial in their moves to United. Two of the dodgiest transfers I've seen.

The Manchester United way....

Four words that wind me the fuck up. What is the Manchester United fucking way they speak of? That vague nod to an almost holier than thou approach to things they do. Not once has a united fan been able to tell me what the Manchester united way is when I've heard them speak of it. The conversation usually goes... The kids... We bought youth to mould into superstars... It's money we earn, not Arab oil money.... 20 times... Fuck off you bitter blue ****.

The Manchester united way.. Gah!

They can't tell you what it means because it doesn't exist, it never did, "the United way" was a fluke, it was a set of circumstances that cemented their success. Fergiscum was given money to improve the squad when he first took over, he then saw an unprecedented number of talented "yoof" players enter the squad, Fergie himself states that this was pure luck and may never happen again, they then went on to win a few trophies right around the time that the Premier League was being divised, it was a combination of all of these that allows them to be able to spend "their own" money and remains profitable as a club.

What is clear since Fergies departure is that the so called "United way" is dead and buried, in fact it would be more accurate to describe the club philosophy of that time as "the Ferguson Way". Everything that he did at the club was for his own gain and not the clubs, sure he talked that talk, knocking Liverpool of their perch, never in my lifetime etc, but it's clear that he was only interested in building and preserving his own ego and not that of the clubs.

Living here in Yorkshire many so called United supporters suddenly lost interest in football when they had their Moyes season

It also happened in North Manchester, mate. People who i knew who went to matches in the 80's and 90's not only stopped going but started doing 'other things' at weekends when the match was on.
30 odd years of piss taking suddenly wasn't fun anymore, for some strange reason.

For some strange reason it didn't feel it was about football it was pure hatred and spite when the rags were on the up and we were on hard times. That's why I couldn't care less if they were liquidated and ceased to exist.
