Unfortunately I have to say I would only see Shaw and Darmian as possible starters for them. We have some good midfielders now but there midfield works pretty well so far so no need to change something.
Also Sterling looks brighter than Memphis so far.

However, that highlights how important signing someone like Pedro would be for us after AdM leaving.

I'd have to agree with this. Considering what we've spent it's a concern to say the least. I think that potentially we have 5 or so who could be good enough to displace their City counterparts though.

What is it they say on that quiz show - go ahead then, name them!

Wonder what the crowd at the shit tip will be Tomorrow, I mean actual people in the stands and not the bullshit what they usually put out, GMP have caught them out a few times!

Rooney going 14 away games without a goal is a very interesting statistic.

Not exactly title winning form from your only striker!

His stats from the other night make shocking reading - did anybody see vanNutjobs press conference earlier? Insisting Rooney was doing fine leading the line then going off on an analysis of Jzzyjazz with the boy himself sat next to him dying a thousand deaths - cringeworthy

So Janet reckons he's getting back to his best form... what form is that ?? would that be the form that couldn't guarantee you first team football week in week out ??

What's funny reading their comments on the Oatmendi deal is how judgmental many of them are based on his nationality :/
What difference does it make whether he's Argentinian, Chilean, Bolivian, English?
He could be of Argentinian ancestry but born in Spain.
Insinuating he can be desruptive because other Argentinians who have signed for them in the past have had hiccups :/

My favorite post in the Rag Caf over recent days has been this (reminds me of the days gone by when we could just about make a case for 1 or 2 city players getting in their starting 11):-

Assuming De Bruyne and Otamendi are done deals for them then, how many of our players would make their starting lineup?

Agreed. With your point and not this numpty. Shaw would start for City? Really? Maybe I rate Kolarov and Clichy too highly but what the hell good is that little fatbody for other than making up the English quota numbers?

Ok Hed take Shaw over say Kolarov.

I'd politely instruct the Rag to a video of the Chelsea game on Sunday and the amount of work ethic, crosses kolarov did against the league champions, not the club who finished 4th.

I'd only take Shaw because of his passport.

I saw a post on there yesterday and there are still rags coming out with "wait until the sheik gets bored"
