Television presenter Eamonn Holmes is proud to see the show in his home nation of Northern Ireland but less happy with the form of his beloved Manchester United.

Belfast-born Holmes wants to see manager Louis van Gaal axed in preference for assistant Ryan Giggs

"There's a difference between not losing and playing the United way," he told me.

"Truthfully, people want to continue the way Fergie had the team set up. I think you have to at least give Ryan Giggs a chance. I would definitely give Ryan the rest of the season."

I think he actually believes the shite he comes out with. I've never been able to take him seriously since he made an official complaint about Jon Culshaw's impression of him.

Just checked and I was being generous when I said he complained. He actually called the lawyers in and got it taken off air. The soft twat.

I see he got it in about the mythical "United Way". Cliche ridden bullshit from an utter **** who comes across as a spineless plastic and totally clueless for wanting the Family Man to take the reigns.

Incidentally, why are so many of their celebrity fans such fucking twats? Luckily, not many of them are piping up these days for some inexplicable reason. Even Terry Christian seems to have gone to ground.
 
It'd be Unbearably horrible if The tactical turtle got sacked and was replaced by Mourinho (which isnt exactly impossible)...now Rafa i can most definitely take and would probably be another chuckle but I just couldn't cope if he ever went there.
