I suspect he was referring to the undue pressure on refs and officials he used to exert and his wider dark arts. Also, calling him 'fergie' doesn't advance your argument a great deal.It is interesting how many blues buy into the fergie myth.
Of course the team that is struggling to get into the top-4 would be 10 points clear, if they had the manager who spent bucketloads, more money than other team by far, to finish bottom half of the table twice in his first few years.

It's only an issue to the local supporters, and even then it's likely to be a small percentage.It may have been swept under the carpet by the media outlets but it's poison for the club.
