Read summat a while back, said de gea has a £39m buy out clause in his contract.Apparently expires on 15th June and as of the 16th the rags can demand a higher fee.
If true,I'd expect Madrid to have it wrapped up before the Euro's.

We should bid just to wind the fuckers up.

Rumors that they could move Van Gaal to sport director function to accommodate Mourinho. Now that would be a great partnership, both guys are known for their compromise style, lol

VDG, Jose and Ferguson...in the same building. Ego central. It would be hilarious.

Edited that for you.

Anyway, if you can bear it, the United twatter has a X-Men/Rag cross promo. It's hilarious, complete with the end line "everything they've built will fall".

It's interesting to note that this was De Gay's best ever season in the PL. Disappointing for the worlds best ever keeper, no?

Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata has no doubt the team will be lifting trophies within the next 12 months because of their winning mentality.

The Red Devils have not won major silverware since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.

However, United - who finished fifth in the Premier League - could end the season with a trophy by beating Crystal Palace in the FA Cup on Saturday.

"This club is going to be fighting for titles," Mata told BBC Sport.

"Manchester United is all about winning and having that mentality and winning in style. I am sure this club is going to be fighting for trophies again."

Next season they'll be going gung ho for the Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup as major trophies. Until they get knocked out when they'll all be Mickey Mouse trophies they weren't inetersted in anyway.

I assume Bobby Charlton has issued his usual cast iron GUARANTEES about them finishing above us next season.
