Agreed entirely. However, the UEFA rules, that everyone signed up to at the beginning of the competition state that teams MUST stay with ing 27 miles of the stadium.... That's all!

A 27 mile radius of Liverpool's stadium takes in quite a bit of west Manchester including the Marriott in Worsley for example or anywhere in Sale or Altrincham so not sure why they've bothered getting the exemption. Seems a bit pointless.
