1. certain that LVG can't deliver champions league football? I know they are playing awful but they are within touching distance currently. Says a lot about the prem but it isn't beyond the realms of possibility they could achieve it, like he did last year.

My dream scenario is that King Louis stays in post until the Summer and fails to secure a CL spot. The reigns are then passed to Giggs who calls in Rat boy and Ginger as his assistants, and they proceed to make a right mess of things between them and ruin the club, its finances and its sponsors, taking them to mid/lower PL status (ideally down a league or two, but baby steps)

He would take it but I suspect the stories about that only being on a permanent basis are true as he'd have Baconface backing him and the old guard would have their feet under the table again. The Glazers might let him do it on a temporary basis but they want their own man in there and that wouldn't suit the Gill/Ferguson/Charlton clique. If they lose that fight, then I wonder if they'll step aside or the Glazers will give some or all of them a hefty shove. Now that would be funny and the blood-letting would be incredible.
