The rags have the highest match day income in the PL, the longer football is played without fans attending the worse it will get for them. No matter what bollocks their mates in the press spout about them being well placed to ride out the storm. They take in well over 100M on match days per season.

That's an incredible figure. The rags have paid a similar amount servicing their debt (£800m) as the total investment of our owners including the purchase price for City, the players, and all the infrastructure around the Etihad campus. But, of course, we are still the bad guys.
Football is a parallel universe where wasting money is seen as a positive and investment is a dirty word.
 
What I don’t understand though is how they’re still throwing silly money about in the transfer market ? January as well as pre-season. Going forward how can they remain competitive against us and how could they afford a ‘Sancho’ albeit the likeliness is bullshit !!
