It was NEVER a penalty! Pogba couldn’t get all the way past him, so he kicked out his left leg, kicked Dier in the back of the leg, went down, got a penalty...and VAR was never going to overturn it, as you said.

The second one...well, what can you even say anymore??? What did Moss supposedly see that wasn’t there?!

And again the Second was ineptitude from Herr Moss
 
So, as the second one wasn't a penalty, it must have deemed to have been a dive? Of course it was, that's why he got a yellow card.

Oh, hang on a minute, he didn't get booked!
