They stopped Wolves coming close to their goal in first half. Considering how many they conceded last season, it's definitely an improvement. I know Wolves were bad and have Torino in Europa play-off, but Rags will be better this season, at least at the back. Not sure about the attack though, Lukaku didn't play in many games last season and he scored in some he did. They haven't bought his replacement, so not sure where the goals will come from to significantly improve.

Wheeler is an absolute amateur, he doesn't have a clue how to change the match. All he is doing is trying to replicate what Ferguson did in his time. Kick it up to someone fast and score from that.

Laughing my balls off at this nitwit, but the more I listened to him, the more I agreed with him. I detest that bunch of wankers, but he is the first rag I've ever heard who was not totally deluded regarding them. He seems to be parroting what we say about the twats every day.
At least if his head explodes, that silly fucking hat will hold it to a minimum of mess.
 
Cannot believe ole hasn’t got the bollox to decide one penalty taker when there on the pitch but then again I think he decided on Rashford but Pogba does what he wants and everyone has to accept it even the manager . Utd will never get there team sorted while Pogba is still there .
 
They have no depth in front. Talks of Sanchez leaving for Inter on loan. That leaves Rashford, Lingard, James, Martial, Mata and 17 year old Mason Greenwood offensively. Six players covering four positions. One injury and they are fucked. Which isn't too unlikely given Rashford, Lingard and Martial are going to have to start every single game.
 
Watching them last night, They're a very poor outfit, They still have no style of play, Shit team too.
Daniel James yeah he's very quick but doesn't look to have any sort of football brain at all.
Pogba wasn't involved in the game at all other than the penalty incident. McTominay, Lingard, Rashford are absolutely shocking.
To be fair to the rags Wan Bissaka looks like a very good right back, He's very good with one v ones.
They'll finish 5th or 6th again. They look around Wolves level.

I wouldn't blame the hobbit or Pogba to be honest, Rashford is the penalty kick taker he should be grabbing to ball WANTING it, But yet he just throws it to Pogba! Any striker hungry for goals will not hand over the ball, That's why he'll never be a goalscorer he doesn't have it in him.
The stick Sergio got at West Ham for not giving Sterling the penalty, Aguero takes the penalties regardless of the scoreline there was no way he was handing over that ball. This are the things that separate the best from the rest.

They've got no depth anywhere (of decent quality at least). Then add to that Lingard is a horrible footballer starting at 10, no good right wing or defensive midfielder

Going through their shambles of a squad, realistically they'd need to sign around 7-8 players just to get back to contending
