I don't know why Ole gets such flack. He is in the middle of a sizable transition. The players are running through walls for him. You can see it on their faces. He's bringing in great young players. Look at Lingard. He's coaching them all on a new exciting style of play. There's no hit and hope here. You only have to see tonight's game. Such effort, such style, doing everything right, chance after chance created, just needing the fair result. He deserve faith for at least another 4 or 5 years.
