Just been on the main BBC news sport Rashford heading to full match fitness, unbelievable.

That's because he has been running around south Manchester with free meals for the hungry kids before running to Manchester uni to learn sign language before running to Bergamo to help fight the epidemic before running to UNESCO to save the world.

If anyone has access to the Financial Times (think you get 3 free stories per month if you register) there's a couple of United-related stories in today. The first is about how badly the bricks-and-mortar retailing sector will be hit, particularly heavily indebted companies. They aren't mentioned but I suspect Glazer Properties is one of those: https://www.ft.com/content/9ea5cbfd-57e3-44b2-abd0-5f4f33606bd2

And the other is about how even a financially strong club like them might be affected by this situation: https://www.ft.com/content/4579c1db-d26b-4df1-8554-b77c272315b9

Just reading on the BBC that Sancho will move to the Rags for £115m and that the Rags are increasingly confident of signing Saul Niguez for a club record £135m. The last time I looked this disgusting club were half a billion pounds in debt yet it appears they still have enough money to spend £250m on two players.

Can anyone explain ?

These hypocrites are accusing us of spending money we don’t have. If anyone needs to be investigated I think we all know who it is.

Sancho, Saul, Grealish, Kane all targets for the rags. Which means they will sign some youngster from Hull.

Plus another £130 to 150m in wages for those 2 over 5 years. Biggest wage bill in the PL but the media chose to ignore that.

You can smell the desperation for European qualification in the second article.

It is in difficult times like this that we all need something to smile, even laugh about. My go to thought is 'how much money has The Piano Player cost the Rags':
a) when he was playing for them
b) when he wasn't playing for them but on loan
c) when he was on loan but out injured
d) when he was on loan but there was no football.

Hoping Sancho won't go to the rags. Too good for them...

I said all this 3 days ago mate..now with @prestwich blue post re US retail market dire straits..this is getting i interesting...very interesting...of course ' journalists' will be completely unaware that the us stocks market is basically fucked...so they have carte blanche to keep 'reporting' these silly stories about utd spending millions this summer.
Ho hum

Rumours of a move to Manchester City for Bruno Fernandes last summer became so rife that Pep Guardiola was left 'baffled'. Sources close to the City manager were left completely confused, insisting there was no foundation to their supposed interest

@jamesrobsonES

Yeh fuck off you gobby twat

Buying James Madison today. Lazy journalists linking the Rags with everyone. Click click... when it should be tick tock....

To be fair, Rashford seems like a decent guy to me. The stuff he’s doing for impoverished Manchester kids should be commended.
