It has always been in the game but now cheating has been endorsed by managers and players. It's a threat to the future of football because match-going fans will not accept it. Sadly, I don't think they care as long as their team gets the advantage. A lot of United's penalties have been soft this season but if you listen to their fans, everyone of them was nailed on. Could also do with shaming the activity itself as increasing the likelihood that real emergencies get overlooked.Yesterday the rags got the 2nd goal out of doing this.
