Have to laugh, the BBC are running a piece asking 'Are the Glazers making amends?".

By doing what? They spend 100-180m each pre season on big names to get season tickets sold. They've done nothing different to any other pre season, and it's worked. Keep the rats at bay, until they fall at another hurdle. Then they demand change, the Glazers buy a shiny new toy and they cycle goes on.

They are painting Old Trafford and changing some light bulbs on the flood lights remember as well. Massive.

Agree totally. Think he's perfect for that side. Also think whilst he hasn't necessarily performed it would be good for us. He's still capable of brilliance.
He’s another example of a really good player who reverts to dogshit at the swamp. Falcao, Di Maria, Lukaku, Lingard, far too many examples to mention.

Something toxic about that club.

Whilst it's probably a bad idea to say it, they're starting to improve the profile of players they're signing. The likes of Falcao, Schweinsteiger, Di Maria all clearly used United as cash grabs. Now they're starting to get young players who want to be there.

On Pogba, it hasn't worked, but he's always capable of magic. I think he's the kind of player who goes to PSG and absolutely bosses the CL. They desperately need a midfielder.

This season they got smart by getting the gullible twats to pay for the signings through a share issue

In order to have a highly successful team you need;-
  • Good business model
  • Good infrastructure
  • Great scouting system/director of football
  • Great manager
United fail on all of those.
