Ole strikes me as someone who isnt really in charge, he comes across as more of an observer of what happens in the dressing room. He's always going on about how he's seen a reaction, or how "I dont understand why they played well 2nd half". He's supposed to be controlling that shit. He sounds totally confused at his team.
