I remember we were star strck after he was on Superstars.

That’s the one mate, he was our games teacher.. He was the fastest rugby league player in the world at one time when he was at Salford ..

There's a story that they went to Rome to see the pope and his holiness told them to go away as he didn't know who they were.

Very good facilities and a cracking social club as well.. Our other games teacher was a guy called Alan Mcinnnes.. Also a Salford player
