Believe me jim, that's exactly how the helium balloon head talks, I was in Stockport shopping with the Mrs not that long ago and stood in a queue waiting to be served and heard a guy in a rag hat talking in front of me and it was definitely him.

He did the end of season presentations at Mrs Vienna’s Dad’s football team’s awards - The Old Cock in Stretford - for just the meal for him and his wife.
