I knew we'd have this lot on toast at half time yesterday.
You see, for all their huff and bluster, the likes of Keane, Neville, Scholes and Owen are all very much a part of the malaise.
At half time yesterday, United were 2-1 down. Granted, they probably deserved their goal when they got it but by the 45th minute, undoubtedly they also fully deserved to be 2-1 down.
And these United pundits were pleased with that.
Glad to be "still in it", "giving a good account of themselves", "blah, blah, blah, "lots of positives", "much to build on" etc etc etc.

It's astonishing how these same clowns who took that attitude, saw no irony in distancing themselves from the team's collapse in the second half. What sort of second half did they expect from a team that they'd just been congratulaing for getting turned over in the first half?
