Fairy relaxed about Ten Hag getting the job.
We need to remember he's coming from a club that has a world class structure in place, youngsters are fed through the system in a organized style to play and adapt to their style.
These players are young, enthusiastic and eager to prove themselves so they can eventually move on to the bigger clubs and the financial rewards that come with that.
Compare that with the shambles he'll be going to at the swamp,young players who think they're world beaters as soon as they break through( not helped by a salivating desperate media) into the first team.
A club full of aged players on huge contracts that they'll struggle to move on and will have little interest in adapting to a new style of football,and who like to have a little to much influence on playing matters.
Add to this a hierarchy that has no sense of direction and are always reactive rather than proactive.
This poor guy has no idea what he's letting himself in for.
