As someone has already mentioned. It'll be interesting to see if Newcastle go head to head with united - targeting the same signing. You'd imagine that United will be he bigger draw and have the larger funds (due to the unfair financial rules) but you never know how it could play out.

I'm hoping that in hindsight in a year or two Newcastle will have proven to have had the better success in terms of value for money.
