And he played more top flight games aged 18 to 20 than Scholes
And Foden won’t be burned out at 27 like Michael Owen was. No one is better than Pep at managing young players. That is what Messi, Alves, and Xavi said in that Barca documentary. Perhaps they know a bit more than imbeciles like Neil Custis.

Twitter full of "diehard fans" that are quite obviously based in Asia/India etc. telling match going fans to walk out in the 73rd min...

Hilarious
They are the absolute worst. Always giving it the big one but you don't even go the match and you look down on matchgoing fans, shut the fuck up. You probably don't even know where OT is on a map. And half of them are only in it for Ragnaldo anyway.

What it says without actually saying it is that the Tevez transfer and poster still hurts
There is absolutely no question of that.

It really was a genius master stroke of publicity by the City hierarchy, especially following the pisscan’s "noisy neighbours" comment, which brought us unexpectedly and very welcome attention around the world.

That poster has caused a lot of pain to rags over the last 12 years or so.

£350,000 a week might have had something to do with it
Sadly yes. Greatness and a lot of money was beckoning. He chose average and even more money.
He will equal Harry Kane, England great but not one trophy on his mums sideboard.

Just reading the Caf thread on whether or not they want to be playing in Europe next season. Some saying they'd rather miss out altogether than play in the Conference League, with others saying it's a chance to give fringe players a run and win something "Let's face it, we should be winning the Conference League" is a quote used a few times so it'd be funny as fuck if they got eliminated by the Albanian Super League 3rd placed team in the QF's.

What none of them have realised is that if they're in the ECL, season ticket holders will still be forced to buy tickets, even though many won't bother going. ut if they're not in Europe at all, then there's no matchday revenue for European games, which probably brings in £35-40m minimum, even in the Europa League.

So if by some chance they do miss out on Europe completely then they'll probably be down around £120m on what they'd get from being in the CL.

And, if they don’t buy their ECL tickets, they will probably be sanctioned by the club, and have their STs confiscated for certain games.
