My hope is that baconface is telling the Glazers that he was a game away from getting sacked and a result in the cup saved him and that's what sparked United's success for the next 20 years, so they should be patient.

Most of those draws were at the end of the season and were borefest games just to achieve the record and our record haul of points is a much better achievement
